Manufacturer’s Warranty
All welded components are covered by a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to unused products that remain in their original, unaltered factory condition.
Please note: Products that have been machined, modified, or altered in any way after purchase are not covered by the warranty.
14-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be in the same condition as when you received them, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (a receipt or order confirmation email) is required.

Return Shipping and Refunds
Defective or Damaged Items
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately.
- We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- You are responsible for sending the item back to our address.
- No restocking fee will be charged.
- A full refund will be issued after we receive and inspect the item.
Returns of Items in Good Condition (Non-Defective Items)
- If you wish to return a non-defective item, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Please send the item to our address stated above.
- A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
- After inspection, the remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom products, such as specially made-to-order items, cannot be returned. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item first and, once the return is confirmed, place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused and include their original packaging and proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 30 calendar days. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card company’s processing times.
