Manufacturer’s Warranty
All welded components are covered by a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to products that are unused and remain in their original, unaltered condition.
Please note: Products that have been processed, modified, or altered in any way after purchase are not covered by the warranty.

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be in the same condition that you received them, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email) is required.

Return Shipping and Refunds
Defective or Damaged Items
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately.
- We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- You are responsible for shipping the item back to our address.
- No restocking fee will be charged.
- Upon receipt and inspection of the item, a full refund will be issued.
Returns for Items in Good Condition (Non-Defective)
- If you wish to return a non-defective item, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Please ship the item to our address provided above.
- A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
- After inspection, the remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized items (e.g., specially ordered products) are not eligible for return. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed within 30 calendar days to your original payment method. The actual crediting time may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
